I am a Personal Trainer based in North Dorset and also working in the surrounding areas.  Drawing from my own experience of rehabilitation from serious injury, I have learnt the meaning of hard work and have the personal experiences to ensure I provide an empathetic approach to training others.

With years of first-hand learning from some of the country’s top Personal Trainers I am able to apply this extensive knowledge to effectively help you improve your fitness, lose fat, enhance your mobility and simply look and feel better.

Sessions usually take place in the comfort of your own home and I provide a range of equipment to suit your personal exercise needs. Depending on the weather, sessions can also take place outdoors.


I offer a unique approach to fitness and fat loss. I use a range of assessments to understand the reasons behind an individual’s weight gain or dysfunctions – including range of movement, muscle firing patterns (which can affect metabolism) and even identifying hormone imbalances. I focus all training and dietary advice to target the root causes.
I will never bully you into exercise; instead I will guide you and inform you so that you can work at your own individual pace.
